The Bombay High Court ruled that Shatrughan Sinha’s dialogue 'Khamosh' is part of his persona and cannot be used without his consent. The court also restrained unauthorised use of his name, voice, image and other personal attributes across platforms, citing personality rights. It ordered removal of such content and listed the matter for further hearing on March 30.
