Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) reduced senior employees' variable pay in the October-December quarter despite them complying with the work-from-office norms, Moneycontrol reported. TCS reportedly cut variable pay at senior levels in the previous quarter too. As per reports, TCS mandated at least 60% in-office attendance for staff to be eligible for receiving quarterly variable pay.
