Philippines minister gets China's note mid-speech, he reads it & calls out China's lack of decency

Philippines Defence Secretary Gilberto Teodoro slammed China for handing him a note outlining Beijing's position on South China Sea mid-conversation at a South Korean defence forum. He read the note's content aloud, rejecting China's claims line by line. Calling out China's lack of "basic decency", he termed the note "actual coercion, bullying and aggression" and kept it as a "memento".
