A fake doctor and his assistant have been arrested from Pune for allegedly cheating a 73-year-old woman from Mumbai. The woman had paid the doctor ₹2 lakh for treatment of her knee pain, an official said. The woman continued to feel the pain in her knees despite treatment given to her by the fake doctor, a police officer added.
