SEBI settles Hindenburg-related case against Adani firms for ₹1.5 crore

SEBI has settled proceedings against some Adani Group companies, including Adani Enterprises, for a combined ₹1.5 crore over allegations linked to issues flagged in the Hindenburg report. The case involved alleged non-disclosure of certain related-party transactions and audit reports signed by firms without valid peer review certificates. SEBI had issued show-cause notices to the firms in 2024.
