France has delivered 39 armoured personnel carriers to the Lebanese Armed Forces, fulfilling a prior commitment, the French Defence Ministry said on Friday. The armoured vehicles, known as VABs, can carry ten fully equipped troops and enable operations in high-risk areas. This comes as Israel continues its attacks in southern Lebanon to occupy the region and establish a "security zone".
