How did a 'clerical error' help Meghalaya honeymoon murder accused Sonam Raghuvanshi get bail?

Sonam Raghuvanshi, accused of murdering her husband Raja Raghuvanshi during their honeymoon in Meghalaya in 2025, has been granted bail by a court after it found her arrest memo cited non-existent Section 403(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. The actual murder section is 103(1). The court rejected police's "clerical error" defence, ruling she was not given effective grounds for arrest.
