The Calcutta High Court has ordered a man to take his wife, who has remained admitted in a hospital for four years after an accident, to their home. The court called the man's plea against taking her home, citing difficulty to nurse her as a ploy to avoid responsibility. Wife has the right to live in the house, it added.
