Woman says 'Delay, Deny, Depose' to US insurance firm over claim denial, arrested

A 42-year-old woman named Briana Boston was arrested for saying "Delay, Deny, Depose" while on call with US' BlueCross BlueShield. The phrase she uttered apparently refers to the phrase printed on bullets Luigi Mangione used to kill UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson. Boston called BlueCross after her medical insurance claim was denied and ended the call saying, "You people are next."
