Israeli tanks entered occupied West Bank for the first time since 2002, shortly after Defence Minister Israel Katz said troops will remain "for the coming year" in parts of Palestinian territory. Katz said he has instructed military to "prepare for an extended stay in camps and not to allow return of residents or for terror to grow again".
