What will Oracle offer to 30,000 employees who are being laid off?

Oracle has reportedly begun laying off around 30,000 employees globally, including about 12,000 in India. According to documents viewed by Business Insider, laid-off employees in US will receive four weeks' base salary, plus one week of severance for each additional year of employment. In India, severance is expected to follow the standard N+2 formula, paid in months based on tenure.
