More than 2,500 people with criminal backgrounds have been identified through the Facial Recognition System (FRS) deployed around the Jantar Mantar protest site, PTI reported citing police sources. Officials said the system aims to identify wanted criminals, history-sheeters and others who may infiltrate and disturb law and order. Four FRS units have been installed at the protest venue.
