AAP's Vadodara city president, Ashok Oza, was arrested after a woman leader of the party accused him of rape and blackmail. The complainant alleged that Oza promised to get her husband a job before allegedly exploiting her. The arrest comes days after Anand police booked Oza for allegedly being part of a conspiracy to impersonate an Intelligence Bureau officer.
