The Reserve Bank of India is building more digital payment intelligence and public infrastructure platforms to strengthen the payments ecosystem by leveraging AI, RBI Executive Director P Vasudevan said. The central bank is considering deploying AI for automating grievance handling as digital transaction volumes continue to rise, he said. "We're also creating more and more DPIs," he added.
