40,000 Jindal Poly investors not consulted on arbitration deal, shareholders allege

Minority shareholders in Jindal Poly Films alleged that roughly 40,000 public investors were neither informed nor consulted before India's first admitted shareholder class action was sent to arbitration. The suit accused the company of siphoning ₹2,500 crore. However, the case changed course after Monet Securities replaced the original petitioner and jointly sought arbitration with Jindal Poly.
