Head Constable Dinesh said he saved two women who were trapped on second floor inside Delhi hotel where fire killed 21. Dinesh stated he went inside without protective gear and smashed window panes with a hammer to release smoke. "If I had remained inside for another 15 seconds, I would not have made it out alive," he stated.
