Judge blocks Trump name sign at Kennedy Center

A US federal judge blocked the Kennedy Center board from installing a sign bearing Donald Trump's name, ruling it requires Congressional approval. Judge Christopher Cooper said the board cannot install memorials for Trump without Congress's blessing. Trump's name was removed from the building in June following an earlier court order.
