Baidyanath Ghosh Dastidar, son of rebel TMC MP Kakoli Ghosh Dastidar, has issued a cease-and-desist notice to TMC chief Mamata Banerjee and party leaders including Mahua Moitra, Kalyan Banerjee, Saugata Roy and Sonali Guha. He denied seeking an MLA ticket from Barasat, called allegations about his personal conduct false and defamatory. He demanded a public apology within 15 days.
