Ashish Agrawal stepped down as Peak XV's Nominee Director on Groww's board a few months after leaving Peak XV Partners, where he was Managing Director. He submitted his resignation on April 20 and said he plans to start out on his own, adding, "I have decided to be an entrepreneur myself." Peak XV holds around a 17% stake in Groww.
