Iran on Wednesday executed a man found guilty of spying for Israel's intelligence agency Mossad. The 32-year-old man, Ehsan Afrashteh, was trained by Mossad in Nepal before passing sensitive information to Israel, AFP reported. Afrashteh was reportedly arrested in 2024 after returning to the country from Turkey and spent several months in solitary confinement under investigation.
