Consumers who find 'LPG charges' or similar surcharges on restaurant bills can request the hotel/restaurant to remove the charge. They can also lodge a complaint on National Consumer Helpline by calling 1915 or via the NCH app, file a complaint on the e-Jagriti portal before the Consumer Commission, or submit a complaint to the District Collector or CCPA.
