Russian authorities on Sunday said that a Ukrainian drone attack damaged an oil pipeline near the Baltic port of Primorsk. Russia shot down 19 drones in the region, and debris from one damaged a section on the pipeline, Governor Alexander Drozdenko said. He further said that there were no casualties in the attack and the pipeline was shut down.
