Delhi Transport Minister Pankaj Singh on Thursday said the government is verifying claims that a Chinese smartphone app is being used to remotely disable e-rickshaws. "If such activity is taking place, it is illegal," he said, adding, "police will carry out a proper investigation". Singh also urged youngsters, "not to engage in such activities for fun or as a prank".
