Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury alleged that the TMC administration uprooted a tube well in a village in West Bengal’s Barampur assembly constituency, suspecting that the residents did not vote for them in recent elections. He said villagers depended on the tubewell for their daily water needs. He termed the act inhuman, saying only TMC could carry out such action.
