India Post staff to get productivity linked bonus of up to ₹13,816

India Post has announced a 60-day Productivity Linked Bonus for eligible employees for 2025-26 ahead of Diwali. The order covers MTS, Group C, non-gazetted Group B staff, Gramin Dak Sevaks and eligible casual labourers. Employees with average eligible monthly emoluments of ₹7,000 could receive an indicative bonus of ₹13,816, calculated using the prescribed formula for 60 days.
