Viswanathan Anand played World C'ship match atop World Trade Center exactly 6 years before 9/11

On September 11, 1995, exactly six years before the 9/11 attacks, Viswanathan Anand began his PCA World Championship match against Garry Kasparov on 107th-floor observation deck of New York's World Trade Center South Tower. Then NYC Mayor Rudolph Giuliani made ceremonial first move. Anand won Game 9, but Kasparov recovered to retain the title 10½-7½ after 18 games in October.
