Eleven seats at Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru will be permanently reserved in the memory of the 11 RCB fans who died in the stampede outside the stadium last year. The seats won't be sold for any matches, including international fixtures, a report said. The Karnataka State Cricket Assocation will also unveil a memorial plaque to pay tribute to the victims.
