A recent report by JP Morgan ranked India as third globally, after US and China, for AI readiness. The report further said the country has one of the least concentrated stock market globally, after Japan, and is less dominated by huge players than the US market. The report said India's importance in the global AI and semiconductor landscape was strengthening.
