The CBI told Delhi HC that neither of the Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma's two children, who are serving as Union government counsels, were involved in excise policy case. The CBI said all judges will be disqualified from hearing matters of political leaders if Kejriwal's reasons are accepted. This comes after Arvind Kejriwal sought recusal of Justice Sharma from the case.
