Sharjeel Imam gets 7-day interim bail to attend cousin's wedding

A Delhi court granted a 7-day interim bail to Sharjeel Imam in the 2020 Delhi riots larger conspiracy case to attend his cousin's wedding from October 4 to 10. The court furnished a bail bond of ₹50,000, observing that it was Imam's second plea for interim bail. The Delhi High Court will hear his regular bail plea on September 30.
