Goa club fire owners offer ₹15 lakh compensation per victim

Co-owners of Birch by Romeo Lane, where a December 2025 fire killed 25 people at an illegal Goa nightclub, have offered ₹15 lakh each to victims' families. The Bombay High Court is hearing the case suo motu and families have until October 12 to respond. The Luthra brothers were arrested after fleeing to Thailand post-tragedy.
