After an advisory was issued to singer Diljit Dosanjh for his Chandigarh concert, urging him to avoid performing alcohol and drug-based songs, actress-politician Kangana Ranaut said Himachal folk music has so many such songs. "Artistic expression isn't dependent on anything...In art, it is the emotions that matter," the 38-year-old added. Diljit's Chandigarh concert is scheduled for December 14.
