Larsen & Toubro signed an agreement with Hyderabad Metro Rail to divest its entire stake in L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Limited (LTMRHL) for a consideration of ₹1,461.47 crore. The divestment represents a value-driven monetisation of a mature infrastructure asset. Hyderabad Metro, operated by LTMRHL, is one of the largest Public-Private Partnership (PPP) metro rail projects in the world.
