US Secretary of War Pete Hegseth said China has assured it won't send weapons to Iran amid the Middle East war. He added, "Trump and [Chinese President Xi Jinping] have a very strong and direct relationship and have communicated on that." Hegseth further said China made the assurance "in spirit of the meeting [Trump and Jinping] will have next month".
