Japan restarts world's largest nuclear plant after 15-yr shutdown

Japan on Wednesday restarted a reactor at the world's largest nuclear plant nearly 15 years after a disaster at Fukushima power plant led to the shutdown of all its nuclear reactors. Reactor number 6 at the Kashiwazaki-Kariwa plant was restarted, which will begin operating commercially next month. However, many people have raised concerns over seismic activity risk at the plant.
