Govt launches probe into Ola Electric's deficiencies

The government's Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA), India's top consumer watchdog, has ordered a detailed investigation into Bhavish Aggarwal-led Ola Electric's deficiency in service standards and product issues. "10,644 complaints were received against Ola Electric on National Consumer Helpline from September 1, 2023, to August 31, 2024," CCPA head Nidhi Khare told The Indian Express.
