India and Vietnam expanded their strategic partnership on Wednesday, signing 13 agreements. The agreements were signed across sectors including digital technology, pharmaceuticals, tourism, culture, public audit systems, education and finance. PM Narendra Modi said India’s Unified Payments Interface (UPI) will be linked with Vietnam’s fast payment system to boost financial connectivity.
