Tripura gets its first Tea Auction Centre in Agartala

Tripura CM Manik Saha inaugurated the state's first Tea Auction Centre at PN Complex in Agartala. The facility will enable e-auctions, reducing dependence on Kolkata and Guwahati markets. It is expected to save ₹3–6 per kg and cut the selling cycle by 40% while benefitting over 2,800 small tea growers across Tripura.
