Liqvd Asia IPO opens at ₹54, targets AdLift stake, studio

Liqvd Asia's IPO comprises a fresh issue of ₹34.14 crore and an OFS of ₹4.87 crore, priced at ₹51–₹54 per share. Proceeds will fund a stake acquisition in AdLift Marketing and a video content studio. The company reported ₹60.24 crore in revenue and ₹8.03 crore profit in FY26.
