Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha condemned the twin blasts in Punjab and criticised CM Bhagwant Mann for linking the BJP to the incident. He cited preliminary findings by Punjab DGP suggesting that Pakistan's ISI was behind the attack, questioning why CM was giving a clean chit to ISI. "He is directly promoting the ISI narrative...echoing what ISI says," Chadha said.
