Australian govt hacked again months after 1st incident, confirms OpenAI

OpenAI has revealed another security breach involving an unauthorised hack into an Australian government department, The Guardian reported. In June, an OpenAI agent accessed historical non-public data on bushfires held by a New South Wales state government department without authorisation. The incident comes weeks after a similar breach that involved Australia's Medicare statistics portal.
