OpenAI CEO Sam Altman said that Anthropic was using "fear-based marketing" to promote its latest AI model Mythos. "It is clearly incredible marketing to say, 'We have built a bomb, we are about to drop it on your head'," he added. He further said that this was a good way to keep AI in the hands of some people.
