A class-action lawsuit has been filed against Apple over the alleged use of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in three of its Apple Watch bands: Sport, Ocean, and Nike Sport Bands. These "forever chemicals" are known for causing health issues like cancer and birth defects. Apple responded, saying, "Apple Watch bands are safe for users to wear."
