A Gujarat man got ₹3,28,800 in compensation from Bank of Baroda after an ATM machine failed to dispense ₹10,000. The man, who received a message saying ₹10,000 had been debited, approached a consumer forum after multiple complaints generated no solution. The bank was also ordered to pay ₹3,000 for mental harassment and ₹2,000 towards legal expenses.
