NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang described robots as "AI immigrants", saying they could help address the global labour shortage. "We need more AI immigrants to help us on manufacturing floors and do work that maybe we've decided not to do anymore," he said on the sidelines of CES 2026. He added that robots would boost the economy, thereby creating more jobs.
