World no. 3 Alcaraz beats Munar in Japan Open semi-final, reaches 4th final of the season

World no. 3 Carlos Alcaraz defeated fellow Spaniard Jaume Munar 5-7, 6-3, 6-1 on Monday to reach the Japan Open final in Tokyo. The defending champion lost 16 consecutive points at the end of the first set and the start of the second. Notably, this is his fourth tour-level final of the season and first since Monte-Carlo in April.
