Talking about Rohit Sharma opting out of ongoing fifth Test against Australia, ex-India cricketer Irfan Pathan said Rohit realised that his batting "wasn't working". Irfan stated that Rohit made a "selfless choice" and no other captain will do what Rohit did by opting out of Test. Rohit has scored 31 runs in three Tests of the series.
