What were the reasons behind deportation of 20,000 Pakistanis from 6 countries?
Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar and Kuwait deported over 20,000 Pakistani nationals between March 1 and July 13 for reasons including illegal entry, overstaying, begging, drug-related offences, security concerns, and forged documents. Some were declared absconders, while others were deported after serving time in prison. Many had lost their passports and a few were refused entry.
