Ecuador defender Piero Hincapié was shown red card for covering his mouth during his team's FIFA World Cup Round of 32 match against Mexico. The 24-year-old became the second footballer to be sent off in the ongoing tournament for covering his mouth while confronting an opponent. Paraguay winger Miguel Almirón was sent off for same offence in the group stage.
