EC decisions without majority should be void: Sibal on report of internal rift

Rajya Sabha MP Kapil Sibal on Wednesday said that all decisions taken by the Election Commission without majority should be declared null and void. This comes after a report claimed that two out of three Election Commissioners objected 14 times to the poll panel's decisions about SIR. "Chief Election Commissioner was doing as he pleased," Sibal added.
