Cognizant in a US court filing said Infosys was "caught red-handed" stealing the trade secrets of its healthcare software TriZetto, Mint reported. Cognizant's subsidiary TriZetto sued Infosys last year after which the latter filed a counterclaim. In the latest response, Cognizant said Infosys refused to allow an audit of its use of TriZetto information.
